Meet The Pastoral Team

Pastors Femi & Anna are committed to strengthen relationships within the family and the community using principles from the scriptures.

Pastor Femi, a Transformational Coach and Pastor Anna, a Social Worker understand that every time families are torn apart, the fabric of humanity is rent. We are passionate about family life; a passion that we have had for many years whilst raising our own family, working with families in our church, community, and in our career life.

How It Started

Having faced Goliath size challenges in their personal lives, and family relations, Pastors’ Femi and Anna have developed a deep passion to see others relieved from the experiences and pain of dysfunctional families.

We started The Ark Family First Service in May 2020 during the pandemic, to build or rebuild the family unit, strengthen relationships within the family and the community using principles from the scriptures.

Our desire to help families grew deeper having observed the challenges that our own family and our community faced during the pandemic.
As such, we started a virtual community group to encourage and support friends and families. The community has steadily grown since inception with many gaining insight, strength, and encouragement from the several virtual family edutainment events we have hosted.

For the past year, we have held monthly family focussed marriage, relationship, and parenting edutainment events for individuals, families as well as church groups.

We have a wealth of experience supporting strained relationships, marital relationships, family relationships, young adults in crisis and all manner of relationship dynamics.

Using the scriptures and wisdom from the bible as the foundation of our coaching and support services our ministry has seen great impact as lives of many are transformed, relationships healed, marriages restored and the family bond strengthened.

We empower the younger generation to become confident, motivated and vision lead.

Our mission is to take the presence of God to every family home and strengthen the family bond through teaching the Word of God and the power of Fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

Our Services

In-Reach – Church Community

Events, training, and coaching will be delivered to the specific church to strengthen the church family whilst addressing some of the issues that the congregation are dealing with, i.e., parenting, relationships, etc.

We support the church to run their own in-reach events in respect to the family (family events, children, couples, singles, youth etc peculiar to the needs of that congregation).

In addition, we can support the church to run their outreach events to boost their presence and expand their impact in the community (Edutainment events peculiar to key issues in that community)

Outreach - Church Community

Community events that forge a community spirit and cohesion with the sole aim of improving the community by addressing the key issues affecting that community.
Family events that create awareness and empower families to become self-sufficient and resilient.

The Model Home

A practical family Support service using biblical principles for relationships, parenting and life to demonstrate how Christian values complement the parenting puzzle. Our family support service is open to all parents who have children 0-18 and runs for 12 weeks i.e., 2 hours every week.

TREE FF VALUES – (using TREE metaphor)
In a world where policy, legislation, religious practices, and culture sometimes conflict with our own values, this creates problems for minorities of BAME background. TREE FF values gives families an outlook on life, the world, their situations as well as promoting their identity.

I CAN (butterfly effect) – Coaching and support to empower family members and the collective to achieve their desired change; “ an I CAN or WE CAN DO IT attitude”.

FEET – An Equity initiative to empower and support the family and its members to access opportunities and services to education, employment, and training so that they can achieve and make a positive contribution to society.

FF FAMILY PLAN – Using Vision board to support and empower the family to develop their own plan, identify their goals, resources they need to achieve their goals and with coaching strategies, help them to set SMART GOALS with regular reviews.
